69th Independence day was celebrated in GSA on 15th of August 2015.
The function started with hoisting of flag by the Principal, Physical Education Teacher was the commanding officer for the entire proceeding.
School Captain and a Senior faculty member addressed the students.
School Captain expressed that, to bring about positive change in our country we have to first bring change in ourselves. Vice Principal asked the students to remember the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters for our precious freedom. She stressed that, the need of the hour is to excel in education and contribute towards overall development of our nation.
On this occasion melodious patriotic songs were presented by both Primary and Secondary sections.
The function was concluded by the vote of thanks extended by Vice Principal.
